Registration desk

REGISTRATION DESK

The Registration Desk is located at the bottom of the stairs to the conference floor. Any enquiries can be directed to ASN staff, other than those about accommodation which should be dealt directly with your hotel.

The opening hours hours are:
Friday 11th November: 4:30PM – 6:00PM
Saturday 12th November: 7:45AM – 1:30PM
Sunday 13th November: 8:00AM – 1:30PM

 

NAME TAGS

Delegates and registered partners are required to wear their name tags to all social functions as well as scientific and catered sessions. Name tags should be collected from the kiosk with the provided QR code on arrival.
